Specialist, Strategic Account Management (6-month Contract)

We’re looking for a highly driven and motivated Specialist, Strategic Account Management for our Marketplace team in Singapore. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this is the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.

This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Lead, Account Management.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand relationships with existing clients and proactively identify further new business opportunities
• Keep the platform fresh by implementing creative marketing initiatives
• Construct and negotiate commercial offers which meet expectations of foodpanda, business partners and customers
• Work with internal support functions to ensure that every deal that goes live on the platform meets quality standards
• Use and create management reports to assess performance of vendors
• Prepare weekly/monthly financial & performance reports for internal and external review

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years’ experience  in a client-facing role in the eCommerce industry preferable
• A keen sense for customer behaviour, and how content quality affects purchasing decisions
• An analytical mindset with a penchant for seeking opportunities within data patterns
• Job ownership is an important part of our company culture, thus structure and discipline are optimal traits in the ideal hire
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred
