Specialist, Pick-Up – Operations (CLM Cluster)

 What's on your menu?

• Collaborate with different departments to improve business performance solve problems through requests and align with internal stakeholders

• Solve problems related to business operations (failed orders, bugs, requests…)

• Provide important business data & analytics 

• Monitoring project KPIs, building and managing projects assigned by the line manager

• Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of business operations

• Work closely with stakeholders on the project base

• Optimize operations and workflow Cross-functional team collaboration 

• May able to travel between CLM countries

• Other tasks assigned by the direct line manager
   

 What do you bring to the table?

• Bachelor's Degree in either Business Management and Administration, and Management or equivalent
• Has at least 2-3 years of experience working in E-commerce industry or consultancy
• Willing and eager to learn and go the extra mile. Ability to take on and create new assignments. 
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
• Extreme attention and orientation to details
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• High-energy with sound business acumen
• Adaptability and flexibility to change
• Positive and proactive attitude
