Job description
Platform Management & Maintenance: Oversee the daily operation, configuration, and technical health of the Sana learning platform, ensuring reliability and optimal performance.
User & Content Support: Manage user access and profiles, and support the organization and deployment of learning content and programs within Sana.
System Optimization & Integration: Contribute to enhancing platform functionality through automation, integrations with other business systems (like HRIS/CRM), and implementing system improvements.
Reporting & Analytics: Monitor platform usage and learning data, generating reports to provide insights into engagement and effectiveness.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with content creators, program managers, and users to facilitate effective learning experiences and support the launch of new initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in administering and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXP); experience with Sana Learning is highly desirable.
Proven experience in platform configuration, user support, and content management.
Experience with system integrations (e.g., HRIS, CRM) is a plus.
Familiarity with learning analytics and reporting is a plus.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including L&D, IT, and content creators.
Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing platform functionalities and organizational needs.
