Specialist, People Analytics

• Use HR metrics and data from various sources such as employment records, HRIS, exit interviews, etc.
• HR reports, metrics, and analytics to support data-driven decision making and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Based on the sourced data, identify trends and patterns aligning with retention, turnover, gender diversity ratio and compliance with Bangladesh labor law.
• Using the data analysis, recommend both short- and long-term goals for key performance metrics.
• Implement and manage HR systems and technology platforms to automate processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance HR service delivery overall. This includes supervising the implementation, upkeep, and upgrades of HRIS (Workday).
• Streamline HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations and maximizing efficiency. This includes employee offboarding, transfers, and employee records management.
• Provide employees with comprehensive support throughout their tenure with the organization.
• Uphold HR service standards and service level agreements. Ensure the timely and accurate deliverance of HR services, as well as the effective resolution of HR-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide outstanding HR services.
• Working on audits and assessments across department collateral functions to ensure data integrity, compliance, and process efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Analytics, or equivalent from a reputed university.
• 2-4 years of experience
• Sound working knowledge in advanced excel and data visualization. Skills in SQL will be an added advantage.
