Specialist, Payroll

• Responsible for day-to-day payroll operation including monthly payroll processing, final payment calculation, employees’ income tax calculation, payroll cost forecasting etc.
• Prepare and manage accounts for employee benefits funds i.e. provident fund, gratuity fund
• Partner with other relevant stakeholders to ensure the payroll related information is collected properly and processing is performed accurately
• Key in and maintain data in HRIS timely, including Payroll System, HRIS (Workday) etc.
• Prepare and share payroll reports with Finance & regional team as required
• Generate regular payroll related report, full-time employee report & other reports as required for internal use
• Prepare & submit income tax reports & returns as per requirements of Income Tax Act

• Minumum 3 years experience in performing payroll functions and benefit administration in MNC, F&B, retail or logistics industries
• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy or equivalent
• Have a basic understanding on Employment Ordinance
• Proactive, responsible, detail-minded with strong numerical sense and analytical skills
• Independent, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
• Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel, reporting and project administration
• Experience in using Workday (HRIS) is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Immediate available or short notice is preferred
