Job description
As a Specialist, Logistics Performance (APAC, EU, TK), you will play a vital role in optimizing delivery zones, improving logistics performance, and enhancing customer experience. You will collaborate with both Local and Regional teams to implement innovative logistics solutions, analyze complex datasets, and drive continuous improvement that powers scalability and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Optimize delivery zones across 18 APAC and EU markets to boost logistics efficiency and expand customer choice.
- Analyze and transform large data sets into clear and actionable visualizations, providing critical insights to guide team decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with local and regional teams to refine workflows, AVR configurations, and zone performance.
- Lead the implementation and rollout of new logistics products and features from end to end, ensuring quality and efficiency improvements.
- Drive continuous improvement projects that align with business goals and enhance operational scalability across diverse markets.
- Act as a bridge between regional operations and central product teams to ensure strategic alignment and successful implementation.
- Ideally 3-5 years of proven experience in logistics, product operations, or similar roles within tech, mobility, or delivery industries.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing and performance optimization strategies.
- Proven ability to interpret and translate data into actionable strategies that drive measurable results.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse markets and teams.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with dispatching systems, logistics workflows, or Delivery Areas mechanisms is a plus.
- Prior experience working across multiple regions is highly desirable.
