• You will be assisting with drafting and negotiating contracts with third parties such as marketing partners, suppliers, and restaurants.
• You will be assisting with identifying process gaps and initiating processes and SOPs for different teams.
• You will be supporting the Head of Legal and Legal Counsel on matters as and when required.
• You will be assisting the Legal team to provide legal advice on operational matters for the business.
• You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and updating system-based internal compliances.
• You will be attending administrative hearings such as hearings at the Directorate of Consumer Rights’ Protection.
• You will be assisting with providing training and awareness-building to business teams.
• You will also work on privacy, competition, consumer law and other legal questions related to e-commerce as well as manage litigation.
• You will also liaise with external law firms and legal counsels as required.

• At least 3 years of experience with corporate law chambers, multinational companies, or other equivalent.
• Ability to conduct effective and comprehensive legal research, vetting, and drafting, along with an understanding of local laws and precedents.
• Ability to take ownership and drive projects.
• Have strong communication and team-building skills, a positive & problem-solving attitude, and analytical ability.
• Sound knowledge of generally accepted audit standards.
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice.
