Specialist, Commercial Operations

We are seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be under the pandamart Commercial team and will be supporting Category Managers in their day to day operational activities. This individual will assist the Category Managers to manage product content, ensure system accuracy, promotion setup and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for commercial team, including but not limited to data management, new item creation and other operations support

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure accurate submission of new product listing forms, promotion proposals and trade plans

• Coordinate with In-Charge from the Principal brands (supplier/brand owner) should there be any missing information that are required for processing to be completed

• Manage day-to-day business unit administration matters

• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities to improve efficiency and collaboration across the team

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a dynamic environment

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Minimum Diploma / Degree holder 

• Highly meticulous and detail oriented

• Willing to work on repetitive work with good quality while meeting strict deadlines

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Positive working attitude, a strong team player

• Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel: V-lookup, Pivot table) and Google Sheets

• Experience in Tableau & Salesforce (Good to have and training will be provided)
