About the opportunity

Job Responsibilities

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to Vendors.

  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors

  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.

  • Prepare reports on account status.

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by Vendors and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

 


What you need to be successful

What we expect from you 

  • You have successfully completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree.

  • You have at least 2 years of work experience.

  • Strong Excel and data management skills.

  • We are dynamic, you need to be a doer and adapt constantly to many changes.
