We are on the lookout for a (Senior) UX Researcher (all genders) to join our Logistics Product team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
Logistics is the engine that ensures orders get to restaurants and food to customers. It is at the heart of bringing hot delicious meals to customers in the fastest possible way. We build mobile apps, products for riders, vendors, internal products’ users as well as dispatchers, planners and support teams.
You will be a vital member of the Rider Design Team, where you'll have the opportunity to apply various research methods across projects spanning from discovery/generative to strategic/tactical stages of the product development process. Additionally, you will contribute to establishing UXR Operations. Your insights will influence product direction and roadmaps, driving understanding and empathy with our users across product teams.
- Conduct in-depth exploratory user research and analysis to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points. Employing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
Plan and execute user research studies, including observations, interviews, usability testing, surveys, and other methods as required.
Develop and maintain detailed research documentation, such as research plans, shareable insight, data repositories, and summary reports.
Analyze and synthesize research data to derive actionable insights and recommendations, guiding decision-making processes effectively.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of research objectives with business needs, and translate research findings into design principles and user-centered solutions in collaboration with UX designers and product managers.
Lead initiatives to streamline research operations and optimize processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness, including establishing user recruitment processes across different regions.
Continuously enhance the practice of UX research within the organization, fostering a user-driven culture and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in UX research, contributing innovative ideas to refine user approaches and internal knowledge.
Proficiency in tools like Hotjar, Maze or similar research tools is preferred, with experience in Figma and Confluence considered advantageous
More than 5 years of experience in tech research or a related field.
Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets, connecting user insights, problems, or needs to long and short term business goals
Demonstrated experience in technology research operations, ideally with a global product, knowledge of when, why, and how to implement UX guidance effectively.
Excellent planning, prioritization, and time-management skills. capable of driving the research roadmap and executing various studies independently. Delivers high-value research in dynamic environments by consistently meeting deadlines.
Ability to develop and implement streamlined research processes and workflows, including recruitment, repository, and research influencing practices
Familiarity with research management tools and platforms for recruitment and repository management.
Capable of managing multiple work streams in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English required.
Nice to have
Experience working in a fast-paced environment, across multiple platforms and/or markets is a huge plus.
Experience in mobile applications and B2B are a plus.
