Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Strategic Account Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with our key partners. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in key account management, demonstrating a strategic approach to partner engagement and a results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities:
Partners Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners. Understand their business needs and objectives, ensuring our solutions align with their strategic goals.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve both short and long-term objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with partner needs and overall company objectives.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing key accounts. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate partner requirements to internal teams, ensuring a seamless delivery of products or services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner needs promptly.
Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address partner issues, providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for issue escalation and resolution.
Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments. Use market insights to anticipate partner needs and provide innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in Consulting, FMCG or E-commerce.
Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Analytical skills to assess key account performance and identify improvement opportunities.
