About the opportunity
Join our dynamic Regional Talent Development team and play a leading role in shaping talabat's performance management strategy. You'll be responsible for igniting a high-performance culture by designing and implementing impactful learning programs, optimizing processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Partner with HR and business leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive performance management strategy aligned with company goals.
Design and maintain performance management tools and templates, ensuring they are clear, user-friendly, and effective.
Lead the development and delivery of training programs for managers and employees on performance management practices.
Facilitate performance conversations and provide coaching to managers on how to conduct effective performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback.
Analyze performance data and identify trends to inform strategic decision-making and program improvements.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in performance management and recommend innovative approaches.
Champion a culture of continuous feedback and development within the organization.
What you need to be successful
Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management programs.
Strong project management skills will be essential to ensure the successful rollout and ongoing effectiveness of these initiatives.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
Stakeholder management mastery, and big-picture thinking
Proficiency in facilitation and public speaking
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
5+ years of experience in Talent Management field Expertise in dynamic, agile and fast growing companies
