Job description
Numbers are your playground, and strategy is your game?
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Specialist, Sales Performance to join our Commercial team — someone who doesn’t just crunch data, but uses it to move the business forward.
You'll dive deep into KPIs, optimize how our restaurant partners show up on the platform, and turn insights into action that drives growth. From menu strategy to customer experience, you’ll work closely with Key Account Management to shape the offer our users see — and love.
If you bring the rare combo of sharp analysis, business instinct, and a creative eye for what converts — let’s talk.
Your mission
- Drive the acquisition of new restaurant partners and improve commercial performance through strategic sales initiatives.
- Monitor core KPIs across the Sales function, identifying performance gaps and areas of opportunity across teams and processes.
- Launch and lead key revenue management projects focused on profitability—leveraging commercial tools such as commission models, fees, and promotional strategies.
- Collaborate with regional and local Sales leadership to develop aligned strategies that meet or exceed business targets.
- Analyze performance metrics to uncover trends and deliver data-backed recommendations that drive growth.
- Co-create and execute competitive strategies with Sales leaders to increase team efficiency and output.
- Support the rollout of innovative tools and process enhancements to elevate sales workflows and team impact.
- Lead or support the project management of new sales initiatives in collaboration with global, regional, and local stakeholders.
- Provide actionable insights, strategic frameworks, and operational support to help the Sales organization scale sustainably and smartly.
You're someone who thrives on diving deep into large volumes of data, uncovering insights others might miss — a true analytical thinker. You don’t wait around for instructions; instead, you take initiative and drive things forward on your own. Your natural curiosity fuels a constant desire to learn and grow, which pairs perfectly with your eye for detail. Accuracy matters to you, especially when it comes to interpreting data and delivering reliable insights. On top of that, you bring a strong business mindset — something we truly value at foodora, where business-savvy minds help shape our success..
