Job description

About the opportunity

We’re looking for a data-driven and business-savvy Senior Specialist, Campaigns to join our local Marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping us plan, implement, and improve T1, subscription, and seasonal campaigns. You will own the project management and execution of all restaurant-related marketing activations, and your insights will be highly valued when shaping upcoming campaigns.

This role requires someone with a strong project management and analytical mindset, a deep understanding of both consumer and customer behavior, a precise and structured way of working, and a proactive attitude toward improving campaign efficiency.

What You’ll Do

  • Support strategic campaign planning by collaborating with the Head of Campaigns, Marketing Director, and Regional Teams to define, implement, and monitor monthly, quarterly and annual campaign plans.

  • 360-degree project management: owning campaigns from planning to reporting, leading departments and stakeholders through influence to complete their tasks, reporting on status to upper management and flagging any blockers that might occur mid-planning.

  • Track daily performance of all campaign KPIs and marketing budget pacing and raise red flags early by identifying anomalies or risks in campaign performance data and budget pacing. Propose solutions and outline next steps.

  • Deliver deep-dive analysis of campaign performance, and bring suggestions to improve the campaign mechanism or communication plan for future campaigns.

  • Partner with the commercial team to support annual and quarterly strategies with key account partners.

  • Implement what you’ve planned: in addition to strategic planning, you will implement campaigns as well; setting up vouchers, briefing marketing assets, writing CRM copy will also fall under your responsibilities.

  • Manage a trainee in cooperation with the QC Campaign Manager, not only by assigning tasks but also by supporting their professional development.

What you need to be successful

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management or a similar role - ideally in a fast-paced, consumer-facing business

  • Excellent project management skills which you can translate into a flawless campaign execution

  • Excellent understanding of marketing metrics, campaign performance KPIs, and customer lifecycle data

  • Strong business acumen - you understand the "why" behind the numbers and can tie insights to broader strategic goals

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights

  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides

  • Proactive, curious, and independent thinker who takes ownership and thrives in ambiguity

  • Proficiency in business English

  • Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce business is a plus
