About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Senior Product Manager, Adtech Demand Tools to join our AdTech team and to help scale our growing advertising business and always deliver amazing experiences.

At Delivery Hero, we are exploring the potential of AdTech to introduce people to new food they love and to enable our partners to meet their future customers at the perfect moment. A range of products that we have developed to offer advertising solutions for restaurants, which help them increase their visibility and reach, improve their order conversion, and eventually drive more sales by covering the entire marketing funnel.

Operating across about 50 countries around the clock, our AdTech connects the ideal advertiser with the ideal customer millions of times every day. In 2024/25, AdTech is a fundamental area for us on our path to profitability and is predicted to generate more than 1 billion euros in revenue for Delivery Hero; our innovative tech and product offering is the backbone of that development.

In this role, you are expected to bring exceptional product sense and a passion for creating data-driven restaurant / brand (CPGs) facing products. This is a strategic and high-impact role where you’ll lead the vision, roadmap and execution of our advertising products 

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for core AdTech initiatives, with a focus on building intuitive, high-performing restaurant-facing tools (e.g., self-serve ad managers, campaign creation flows, reporting dashboards).
     

  • Define and evolve the product strategy, grounded in user research, market insights, and data analysis.

  • Collaborate with UX/design and data science to craft seamless, insight-rich user experiences for advertisers that balance usability with power and control.

  • Leverage data to inform product decisions — from opportunity sizing to feature prioritization, A/B test design, and performance tracking.

  • Build advanced reporting, analytics, and optimization tools for advertisers to measure ROI and make smarter campaign decisions.

  • Partner with engineering and data platform teams to define scalable systems for audience targeting, bidding, attribution, and delivery.

  • Align internal teams (sales, ops, marketing) on go-to-market, enablement, and product education.

 


What you need to be successful

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent in AdTech, Martech, or performance-based platforms.
  • Proven success in shipping customer-facing products that are both data-intensive and user-friendly.

  • Deep understanding of AdTech ecosystems: campaign lifecycle, targeting, measurement, attribution, real-time bidding, etc.

  • Strong UX instincts and experience working closely with design/research teams to develop elegant interfaces.

  • Highly analytical mindset with hands-on experience using Data/UX tools (e.g., SQL, Looker, HotJar, Qualtrics etc.) to analyze product usage and performance.

  • Nice to have : Comfortable working with data scientists and ML engineers to build predictive models, optimization engines, or insights dashboards.
