Senior Product Analyst - (Logistics, Service)

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst - (Logistics, Service) to join the Logistics Analytics Team, on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

In Logistics, we build products and shape processes towards an amazing delivery experience for our customers, riders, and service. In the Analytics team, we curate data to uncover insights, enable self-service discovery, and drive strategic development of Logistics functions. Being embedded in the Product Line, we foster the “data-first” mindset and drive change in product development by owning end-to-end experimentation and building complex KPIs.

As a Product Analyst, you will bring insights for one or more domains, collaborate with a team of about 5-10 analysts, drive projects across various data functions, collaborate with Data Science  and enable our stakeholders in Product, Tech, and Operations to make data-driven decisions.

• Engaging with key stakeholders to understand the business vision, requirements & priorities and helping to translate this into actionable insights

• Curate unstructured data and build accessible, creative and engaging data visualizations to facilitate access to insights

• Design, build and analyse complex KPIs to measure the impact of our Products and the success of our business  strategies

• Own end-to-end experimentation (A/B testing)

• Lead data exploration projects, and help identify and define future insight and data needs to support various business initiatives

In our Logistics Team, you’ll tackle high-impact challenges that make last-mile delivery efficient, affordable, and sustainable. Your work will directly improve experiences for riders, end customers, and merchants across the globe. Each enhancement you contribute will help Delivery Hero optimize delivery operations, supporting expansion into new areas like grocery and retail.

• You have 5-7 years experience as an Analyst (Data/Product working for internet companies or analyzing datasets in empirical research)

• You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative subject, (e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering, statistics, neuroscience, psychology…)

• You possess excellent SQL skills, with practical experience of big data tools (ideally BigQuery) as well as intermediate Python skills, with practical experience

• You have experience with A/B testings and applied statistics

• You are a proven team player behavior and process-oriented mindset, you are independent and rigorous working style, appreciation for Agile environments,  excellent communication skills

• You are highly passionate about data, with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail, you are creative in data visualization

Nice to have: 

• You have experience with version control systems (VCS) (e.g. Github)

• Experience with using data lakes / data marts

• Experience with Tableau

• Experience with Airflow
