We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Planning Manager to join our Quick Commerce team and drive excellence in our supply chain processes. In this pivotal role, you will orchestrate our demand planners along with other co-related roles, and, while making numbers talk about supply chain KPIs, supplier performance, and inventory management, the implementation of our supply chain strategy will be realised. What you’ll do:
Oversee all activities involved in the supply chain operations including demand planning, distribution, inventory control, and supplier performance
Lead the team of Demand Planners ensuring product availability in stores
Assess the demand forecast together with the commercial team and proceed to corrective adjustments
Ensure inventory efficiency by implementing actions for mitigating shrinkage, overstock, and zero/slow movers
Suggest improvements to increase supply chain efficiency and profitability of company
Monitoring the compilation of the reports and the analysis of availability across assortment categories
Ensure and track the training and development of the team
Liaise with suppliers to improve collaborative forecasting planning, replenishment, and supplier performance
What you’ll need:
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail or FMCG Industry
BSc in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Economics
Excellent analytical and communication skills, high sense of responsibility and ownership
Systematic, structured, and detail-oriented mindset: someone who knows how to prioritize, delivers solutions, and overcomes bottlenecks
Proactive and effective problem-solving mindset
Long-term strategic thinking
Project management skills
Persuasion and negotiation skills
Fluent in English
