About the opportunity
We are looking for a Senior People Communications Lead (all genders) to lead communications for our People and Culture organisation in Delivery Hero’s journey to deliver amazing experiences.

Develop and execute comprehensive internal communications plan to align with People and Culture (P&C) programmes, policies and initiatives
Act as communications expert to People Leadership Team (PLT) and broader People and Culture organisation
Develop HR tools - templates and processes - to manage cyclical and major ad hoc announcements and employee engagement
Identify and develop appropriate channels to foster effective two way employee communications
Work collaboratively with P&C, management and other departments to ensure cohesive communications strategies
Develop and analyse communications metrics including employee feedback to measure success and improve communications strategies
What you need to be successful
7 years plus in internal communications, with a focus in HR communications (required)
BA degree in human resources, communications or related field
Deep understanding of working with diverse employees, channels and messaging globally
Excellent communications skills - written and verbal in English.
Exceptional project and stakeholder management skills
Dynamic and collaborative team player, adaptable to fast paced environment
