Senior Manager , Operations ( Kitchen)

We are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead and scale our cloud kitchen operations. This role will oversee daily performance, ensure operational excellence, and drive the launch of new kitchens. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and experienced in managing multi-location F&B or cloud kitchen operations.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage operations across all cloud kitchens to ensure smooth and efficient performance.
• Track key KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery SLA, wastage, and cost efficiency.
• Use data insights to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Plan, build, and launch new kitchens — from site setup to operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational SOPs across all sites.
• Build, train, and motivate an operations team focused on consistency and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Tech, Finance, Culinary) to meet business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management (F&B, cloud kitchen, or multi-outlet setup preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-first mindset.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results under pressure.
• Excellent communication and execution skills.
