Senior Manager FP&A

• Overseeing and guiding a dynamic financial reporting and commercial finance team, fostering a collaborative and a high-performance work environment.
• Representing finance in leadership meetings, highlighting key areas for financial performance improvement, and reviewing company policies to address current risks/challenges.
• Performing analytical checks to identify tech glitches and process gaps, saving substantial cost.
• Preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Finance POC for heads of other departments.
• Spearheading external audits and ensuring that the company's financials are finalized within stipulated timelines.
• Reviewing and ensuring financial statements completion with regard to Company’s Act and IASs / IFRSs / GAAPs.
• Supervising month-end closings and ensuring deliverables are completed within due time such as key KPIs.
• Headcounts, reconciliation of sub-ledgers and main ledgers, financial statements along with LucaNet input tasks.
• Supervising integration of new features in the Food Panda application with SAP for accounting and correct restaurant payout calculations.
• Enhancing regional/central team’s confidence in financial processes and numbers by timely addressing their concerns and justifying any variations.
• Ensuring P&L, balance sheet line-item break ups are available to ensure authenticity of numbers.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Provide deeper analysis of complex intercompany transactions and opportunities to optimize cost.
• Preparation of vertical level management PNL and identification of opportunities.
• Cash flow analysis to ensure we have sufficient cash to make payments or raise alarm timely.
• Facilitation of business opportunities and providing a sense check to profitability for every new avenue.
• Assist in preparing presentations, forecasts, and other ad hoc financial analyses as required.
• Continuously streamline and improve FP&A processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and relevance of financial reporting and analysis.
   

• Professional qualification (CA, ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA).
• Total 8-10 years of work experience.
• Passionate about facilitating Business, exploring new ideas and providing relevant support from Finance end.
• You are comfortable using various tech tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
• Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way.
• Extremely analytical, data-driven & with a keen eye on process improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude is the cornerstone of your personality.
