Job description
We’re looking for a Senior IT Manager to lead a high-impact role overseeing IT across a diverse group of fast-moving, regulated businesses. This is a strategic leadership position with real breadth, combining infrastructure and cloud governance, security and compliance, team leadership, and long-term IT evolution.
You’ll be responsible for driving the stability, scalability, and maturity of IT operations, while building strong relationships across the business. From shaping cloud architecture to leading office IT projects, and from audit-readiness to people development—you’ll play a critical role in enabling secure growth in a dynamic environment where performance, compliance, and innovation all matter.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop the IT division, spanning support, engineering, and field services, with responsibilities across infrastructure, cloud, and cybersecurity.
Own and deliver a clear, forward-looking IT strategy aligned with business and compliance goals
Ensure continuous availability and high-resilience of systems across multiple legal entities
Manage hybrid cloud environments (Azure, AWS and GCP), and VMware-based infrastructure
Champion automation and DevOps using GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, PowerShell/Python scripting
Oversee IT procurement, helpdesk operations, and vendor relationships
Deliver office IT buildouts end-to-end—structured cabling, wireless, compute, provisioning
Maintain robust security postures using FortiGate, Okta, and modern access control policies
Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and GDPR-aligned compliance processes
Administrate and optimize modern platforms and tools, including SQL Server, JIRA, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and Confluence.
Act as the strategic link between IT, compliance, leadership, and business stakeholders
6+ years of IT leadership experience, ideally across regulated or multi-entity organizations
Strong architectural experience in Azure, with hands-on familiarity in AWS or GCP
Proven background in cybersecurity and access management (FortiGate, Okta, policies, audits)
Experience with helpdesk operations, procurement, and vendor management
Strong understanding of GDPR, risk controls, and compliance frameworks
Skilled in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and infrastructure automation practices
Track record of delivering end-to-end IT infrastructure and office setup projects
Confident communicator and people leader—structured, collaborative, and proactive
