About the opportunity

Are you looking for a role where you will have ownership and freedom to build diversity and inclusion initiatives from the ground up? Do you have fun moving fluidly between strategy and hands-on implementation? Do you love designing and delivering data-informed programs that help foster an inclusive and engaging workplace? We are looking for an Engagement & Inclusion Senior Specialist to join our regional team in Berlin. 

This role will give you the opportunity to work with international teams across 8 countries and bring our regional Engagement & Inclusion strategy to life.


What you need to be successful

What will help you succeed:

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Diversity & Inclusion or related roles (e.g. as Lead/Chair of an ERG), preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • You have experience in planning, executing, and monitoring D&I initiatives from inception to completion, ideally in multinational matrixed organization

  • You have a proven track record of successfully  designing and delivering D&I learning experiences (face-to-face, hybrid, online)

  • Fluent in English; excellent communication & interpersonal skills

  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics.

  • You have experience in creating reports and presentations based on data insights.

  • You can effectively present information to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

  • You have managed  international, complex cross functional projects with demanding timelines and multiple stakeholder groups 

Diversity & Inclusion (D&I):

  • You will assist in the development, execution, monitoring & reporting of D&I strategies and initiatives aligned with regional & local business objectives.

  • You will work closely with the People & Culture team, our Senior Leadership Sponsors, and other departments to integrate D&I best practices at the regional and local level.

  • You will support the establishment and functioning of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and the creation of additional ERGs or employee-driven initiatives. 

Employee Engagement:

  • Engagement survey process: you will drive the employee engagement survey experience across the region.

  • You will train stakeholders & people managers, empowering them to access, interpret, and action plan with employee engagement data.

  • You will interpret & present survey data to regional & local management teams,  supporting them with the creation and refinement of key KPIs & programs.

Talent Programs Development & Facilitation:

  • You will build Talent Development (TD) resources (trainings, workshops, e-Learning) that advance our D&I and Engagement goals, collaborating with the TD team to integrate D&I into existing Leadership Development.

  • You will facilitate TD experiences (in-person and online) and rigorously analyze post-training feedback. 

  • You will partner with external vendors and training providers, ensuring our catalog of TD trainers are state-of-the-art & utilize best practices for inclusive learning.

Nice to have:

  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Lookr, Tableau)

  • Fluency in one or more of the following languages: German, Turkish, Czech, Hungarian

  • Demonstrated experience working with HRIS and Engagement Surveys (e.g. Workday, PeakOn)
