(Senior) Business Analyst - Local Shops Operations (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (all genders) to join the Local Shops, Global Operations team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences for thousands of Shops partners around the world as they bring their stores online.

The Senior Business Analyst will monitor business, financial, and functional performance, supporting senior management with performance reports, business modelling, and strategic analyses for specific regions.

• You work closely with the Local Shops Management team to drive initiatives that have a direct revenue or cost impact 

• You support the decision-making process on crucial topics such as shops' onboarding process quality and efficiency optimization initiatives.

• You identify potential fields of improvement, develop hypotheses and provide new insights with your analysis to further increase our operational efficiency

• You work together with Delivery Hero's central data team to translate data into meaningful insights and present recommendations to key decision-makers to help regional managers improve Q commerce performance

• You monitor and challenge business, financial and functional performance and drive key OKRs working on different strategic analysis for specific regions

• You support senior management with regular performance reports, business modeling and other critical topics

• You have at least 3 years (not counting internships) of working experience in an analytical role in consulting or strategic business development, experience in e-commerce or tech is a plus 

• You have a data-driven person with a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers, business modeling and the capability with creative problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.

• Strong SQL skills and knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Looker is a strong plus

• Program/Project Management experience, to develop and maintain comprehensive project trackers to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• You are a hands-on team player with good relationship building skills.

• You possess excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written; and strong in senior management communication, including creating insightful and impactful presentations.
