In the Virtual Account Management (VAM) team, we don’t just “call” partners; we empower local businesses across Türkiye to thrive in the digital economy. We act as a growth engine for our vendors, ensuring they have the tools and strategies to reach more customers every day.
Your Mission
We are looking for highly motivated, sales-driven professionals to join our Virtual Account Specialist team in Türkiye. You will manage your own portfolio of partner accounts, acting as both a consultant and a growth strategist. This is a fast-paced, 100% telesales-driven role where your voice is your most powerful tool.
- Drive Revenue: Proactively manage and grow the revenue of your accounts by identifying upsell opportunities that add value.
- Master the Pitch: Handle objections confidently, create urgency, and maintain a consultative sales approach.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor account performance metrics and ensure alignment with company standards, providing support when needed.
- Hit the Numbers: Meet and exceed daily targets for call volume and sales conversions.
- Precision & Speed: Manage documentation, partner approvals, and system processes (Salesforce) with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Be Solution-Oriented: Act as a bridge between company solutions and partner needs, always focusing on value creation.
- Experience: 2–3 years in client management, account management, or high-volume sales is a strong plus.
- Telesales Mindset: Comfortable with outbound calls and building relationships over the phone using digital tools.
- Sales & Data Driven: Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive sales performance.
- Tech Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Resilience & Adaptability: Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
