We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team at Delivery Hero Europe. The Sales Enablement Expert will play a crucial role in equipping our sales teams with the tools, resources, and training they need to succeed. This individual will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth across our European markets. The countries you will be supporting are: Austria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, Turkey.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives to support the achievement of sales objectives and revenue targets.
Create sales enablement materials, including sales playbooks, presentations, training modules, and sales collateral, to empower sales teams and enhance their productivity.
Work alongside Sales Ops and Product teams to guarantee successful implementation of system changes, including training of the Sales community.
Collaborate with sales leadership to identify key areas for improvement in the sales process and develop solutions to address them effectively.
Conduct regular assessments of sales team performance and effectiveness, and use data-driven insights to refine sales enablement strategies and tactics.
Coordinate sales training sessions, workshops, and boot camps to onboard new sales hires and continuously upskill existing team members.
Partner with marketing teams to ensure alignment between sales and marketing initiatives, and to develop targeted campaigns and messaging that resonate with customers and drive sales.
Work closely with product and operations teams to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and incorporate them into sales enablement initiatives.
Establish and maintain metrics and KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of sales enablement programs, and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred.
6+ plus years of sales/sales operations/B2B sales management/sales enablement or similar role, preferably in the technology or e-commerce industry.
Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales enablement strategies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong relationships with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams.
High level of initiative, creativity, and resourcefulness, with a proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
