As a Rider Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our sales operations by transforming data into actionable insights. Your work will directly impact our strategies and contribute to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and monitor KPIs and targets for the sales team.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategies that optimize revenue.
Forecast NCR revenue and evaluate pricing policies.
Monitor vendor performance to identify opportunities or implement damage control measures.
Keep abreast of market competition and industry trends.
Utilize input from global teams to enhance lead generation strategies.
What you need to be successful
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, or a related field.
Strong skills in data analysis, project management, and operations management.
Excellent business acumen and time management abilities.
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in people management and cross-functional collaboration.
