We’re building a new, functional department with the goal of scaling this area in partnership with both new and established collaborators. Our ambition is to redefine the customer journey through seamless, data-driven connections between advertisers and customers. To succeed, we need to deeply understand the media market’s core goals, tailor solutions using our digital tools and unique audience, and guide partners through the ongoing digital transformation.
Your mission
You’ll own the development of our marketing strategy based on your understanding of the media landscape, especially within our core verticals: grocery, financial institutions, and media agencies.
Manage and enhance relationships with key partners in the retail media space — including media agencies and brand suppliers.
Focus on collaboration potential and insights to scale our reach and ensure long-term profitability.
Be responsible for adapting and developing retail media tools to stay relevant and meet market demands.
Develop first-party data strategies and support the sales function with tailored retail media solutions.
Work closely with internal teams like Category, Campaigns, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to ensure structured implementation of media solutions aligned with business goals.
Manage and enable seamless execution of complex retail media projects.
Take an active role in knowledge-sharing and cross-market collaboration within the Delivery Hero network.
Lead and implement initiatives to improve our targeting precision and strengthen our position as a preferred retail media partner.

Start date: Upon agreement
- Hold a higher education degree in marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Have 3–5 years of experience in media, brand management, or Q-/E-commerce.
- Are up to date with the latest trends in advertising, marketing, and digital media solutions.
- Can manage multiple projects simultaneously and bring structure to a fast-growing function.
- Have experience with results-driven media solutions in FMCG, grocery retail, or fintech (a plus).
- Are proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
- Are fluent in both Hungarian and English — written and spoken.
