Retail Media & Partnership Executive/Lead

We are seeking an experienced Retail Media Executive/Lead to join our local team. In this role, you will be under the Retail Media & Partnerships team and will be responsible for building strategic partnerships and expanding use of our advertising solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, lead and sign local partnerships across the Restaurant, Dark Stores & Shops verticals with CPGs and Media agencies across your market to enhance our media business objectives

• Support local Category Management and Marketing teams to unlock the growth of the existing partner brands via tailored media proposals, innovative ad solutions, and unique consumer insights in order to secure agreements that drive sales growth and client satisfaction

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail media partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

• Develop compelling sales pitches and media presentations tailored to partner objectives, showcasing the unique value of our multi-channel and multi-vertical advertising capabilities

• Monitor, optimize and report on campaign performance (both off-site & on-site fixed & biddable media placements), delivering insights that enhance brand sales performance and media effectiveness

• Collaborate closely with other internal teams like Promotions & Campaigns, Marketing, Creative etc to ensure smooth implementation of media solutions and alignment on goals

• 5 years+ of experience in an advertisement agency, brand or retailer side on eCommerce related role, ideally within FMCG field

• AdTech and programmatic experience is a plus

• Familiarity with the latest trends and advancements in the advertising, marketing and media industry

• Proven experience in partnership development, management and negotiation

• Ability to think strategically and identify opportunities for business growth through partnerships

• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving mutually beneficial outcomes

• Strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making

• Excellent communication (full fluency in English) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and partners as we're an international company

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
