About the opportunity

  • As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of Account Executives, Account Managers and Senior Account Managers. You will coach and support your team, providing the insights and guidance they need to drive growth and performance.
  • You will play a key role in driving sustainable growth, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture, and ensuring that both individual and team goals are met.

  • You will be responsible for refining and optimizing your team members' portfolios as well as always seek to enhance the team's incentive structure.

  • You will actively contribute to internal projects and strategic decision-making as well as collaborating with other teams and departments. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the team’s performance and aligning it with the company’s overall objectives.

As a Regional Manager you will be a part of the Commercial Department, and you will be reporting to the Head of Account Management.

What you need to be successful

  • Have a bachelor's degree related to account management, sales, business, or a similar field

  • Leadership experience, an advantage if you also have work experience with customer relationship and sales

  • Have a commercial mindset

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English.

  • Are independent, take initiative, and thrive with multiple tasks at once, with the ability to structure your day without immediate supervision

  • Have strong communication skills, are solution oriented and cooperative

  • Ability to make independent and strategic decisions, and solve complex issues

  • Have the ability to think strategically and continuously evaluate what is in the best interest of the company
