About the opportunity

Are you passionate about building and optimizing relationships that span multiple markets? Join our team as a Regional Partner Development Manager, where you'll drive brand-level performance for key partners, foster regional collaborations, and execute impactful initiatives to enhance the quality of partners on our platform. Covering 18 markets across APAC, EU, and Turkey, this role requires a deep understanding of diverse market dynamics and the ability to implement strategies on a regional scale. Reporting to the Regional Head of Vendor Growth, this role is critical to ensuring seamless collaboration between local and regional teams across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage Brand-level Performance:

    • Set performance targets for key partners and monitor progress.

    • Collaborate closely with local market teams to identify opportunities and ensure alignment with regional goals.

  2. Facilitate Regional Partnerships:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners operating across multiple markets.

    • Lead the development and execution of joint business plans with regional partners to align strategic priorities.

  3. Coordinate Market Contributions:

    • Oversee the consolidation of joint business plans for key partners across all markets, working in tandem with local teams to ensure consistency and impact.

  4. Drive Brand-level Initiatives:

    • Implement initiatives based on brand-specific priorities to improve partner quality on the platform.

    • Monitor and measure the impact of these initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with overall business objectives.

  5. Act as a Regional Liaison:

    • Serve as the point of contact between local market teams and regional commercial leadership to streamline communication and decision-making.


What you need to be successful

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role managing large, multi-market accounts.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft and implement joint business plans and strategic initiatives that deliver measurable results.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data to track performance, identify gaps, and propose improvements.

  • Proven success in working with diverse teams across different functions and geographies.

  • Track record of successfully implementing regional or multi-market initiatives, including hands-on management and troubleshooting.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
