Job description
🚀The QA Team Lead position at foodora would attract the most resilient candidates as it is a frontline role working with stakeholders across all foodora countries. As a Quality Assurance Team Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum involvement and drive within your team.
💼What You'll Do:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Quality Assurance Team.
Initiate and manage weekly 1:1s, team huddles, and team meetings effectively.
Manage resources, planning, and implement onboarding strategies effectively.
Motivate and coach agents to reach their full potential.
Lead the team in handling QA-related tasks.
Ensure all audit targets are completed and goals achieved.
Apply problem-solving skills to handle complaints efficiently and effectively.
Communicate fluently in English; knowledge of German, Hungarian, Czech/Slovak, or other languages is a plus.
Be familiar with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
Handle administrative tasks and reporting.
Maintain an approachable personality and strong people-handling ski
Minimum 2 years of experience working in Quality.
At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in a contact center.
Fluent English skills (speaking, reading, writing) and proficiency in the local market language.
Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to listen, communicate with, and influence stakeholders and employees at all levels.
Experience working in a team of 20+ members.
Reporting experience using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Preferably holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Reliable, punctual, motivated, and proactive personality.
