About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Product Support Specialist to join the Global Pricing Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. This is a 1 year fixed contract full-time position.

  • Work closely with a cross-functional team of professionals with domain expertise in the fields of Commercial, Data and Product & Engineering. This includes supporting the development of our best-in-class dynamic pricing tool.

  • Triage and investigate bug reports, complying with existing SLAs.

  • You work together with a Pricing Manager to drive pricing analyses, provide recommendations and work with local teams to understand and optimise pricing performance in countries and cities across the globe

  • Inform and deliver new strategies and tactics to improve users' experience with Product Support.

  • Influence innovation across Product Support and Product Operations to identify opportunities for simplicity and scalability.

  • Contribute to the team's documentation library by writing and maintaining how-to troubleshooting guides, internal processes, and knowledge bites for stakeholders. 

  • Identify trends, exceptions, and connections between reported issues.

  • Proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders, providing updates and seeking support from management when blocked to ensure timely execution.

  • Understand all KPIs related to their area and suggest prioritization for new tasks that align with team goals.

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and other reporting tools - consuming diverse data sources - to support pricing decision making

What you need to be successful

  • 1-2 years experience experience as a BI/Data/Product analyst working for Internet companies

  • You‘ve already gained your first experience in SQL.

  • Highly passionate about data manipulation, with problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.

  • You have an understanding of AB testing and statistical methods.

  • Independent and rigorous working style.

  • You are a team player and love to think outside the box.

  • Good English communication skills.

 

Nice to have: 

  • Ideally, you have already gathered experience working with SQL tables and analysis during previous experience.

  • Experience working with the Microsoft Office package or equivalent (e.g. Excel and PowerPoint).

  • You have a good business understanding and know how to create business insights based on complex data.

  • Bachelor's degree or background in QA, development, product support, or product management

  • Previous education in software engineering
