Your Mission:

  • You will be leading a cross functional team, focused on vendor outreach and vendor support journeys. Your goal is to design and implement solutions that will dramatically improve our vendor’s user experience with regards to messaging and communication. 

  • Vision & Roadmap: You will articulate, groom, and communicate the vision and roadmap for the Vendor Comms squad that you will be leading as a product manager

  • User-Centric Development: Conduct user research by speaking directly with restaurant owners and staff to understand their pain points and user needs. 

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with product designers, software developers, product analytics and business teams to define and specify features for product development that improves our vendor comms experience. 

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Manage expectations of stakeholders across 40+ markets, gathering feedback on local needs, while maintaining transparency on progress and priorities.

  • Performance Tracking: Track, evaluate, and act on OKRs for continuous product optimization for your product squad. 

 

  • Product Management Expertise: 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record in complex and dynamic environments within large companies.

  • Comfort with Backend and Frontend: Comfort in working on products involving both large data pipeline services and user-facing features 

  • Data-Driven Mindset: Analytical and data-driven with a track record of managing and improving product definitions and OKR metrics.

  • Impact-Oriented: Skilled in analyzing, reporting, and formulating insights from quantitative and qualitative research to drive impact.

  • Team Enablement: Proficient in requirements engineering, backlog maintenance, prioritization, and planned delivery to ensure continuous team productivity.

  • Accountability: A strong sense of accountability, honoring commitments, and transparently admitting and learning from failures


What you need to be successful
