About the opportunity

Our DeliveryHero Pay team that delivers #FinTech solutions is growing and we are looking for a Product Manager, who will play a pivotal role in driving the integration of systems and platforms in selected Delivery Hero entities within the European segment.


What you’ll do:

  • Oversee the onboarding process for all European countries, ensuring proper communication, compliance with regulatory requirements and operational alignment,
  • Conduct regular assessments of project milestones, budgets and timelines, providing timely updates and recommendations to senior management and all stakeholders,
  • Help define strategy, capture requirements, clarify prioritization, identify dependencies, mitigate risks and impediments, communicate, and create roadmaps per initiative,
  • Manage integrations through close collaboration between our product, finance, legal & engineering teams and/or third-party solution providers,
  • Collaborate with the DH Pay team to identify pain points, needs & opportunities to optimize financial and operational flows,
  • Lead the integration of diverse financial systems and platforms, ensuring seamless and efficient operations within the DeliveryHero Fintech ecosystem,
  • Collaborate closely with the DH Pay team to drive product development initiatives, leveraging market insights and customer feedback to enhance fintech solutions, and
  • Develop and implement robust KYC and KYB processes, maintaining compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards of each country.


What you’ll need:

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Fintech, Banking or Payments industry as a Product/Project Manager,
  • Deep understanding of financial processes & regulatory aspects (Billing | Reconciliation | Fraud | Payment systems); familiarity with the EU and Greek AML policies and legislation is a plus,
  • Solid experience in product design and building solutions from scratch, including experience in cross systems integrations,
  • Solid product thinking acumen and involvement in strategic decisions,
  • Strong experience in stakeholders management,
  • Writing & presentation skills,
  • Degree in Finance, Computer Science or related field will be an advantage,
  • Profound IT knowledge will be considered as plus, and
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills (English is a must)!
