Delivery Hero Austria and the foodora brand are part of the Delivery Hero network, one of the largest global food ordering platforms. Our international team is already active in more than 50 countries. Foodora offers its employees the dynamism and development potential of a start-up, while at the same time ensuring support and encouragement from the corporate group and local management.
We are looking for a Product Management Intern (all genders) to join our Austrian product team part-time (20 to 30 hours a week). This position involves supporting our team with various tasks while independently handling a small set of responsibilities. You will play a key role in building and maintaining a strong relationship between local business and global development teams, and in supporting the launch, localization, and optimization of exciting features to enhance our user experience. This position is temporary, with a fixed-term contract until the end of this year (December 2024).
Product Management Intern (all genders) - 20-30 Hrs/Week
Your responsibilities:
Help build a foodora app that can enhance the user experience of our customers, partners and riders at the same time, while also supporting our business goals.
Support with testing of new and existing features, as well as with regular quality checks (exploring the app) to see that everything is working as expected.
Help debug the issues in our app: find out possible root causes and identify which team can fix the issue.
Join our user interviews, support with note-taking and summarising. By the end of the internship, if you wish and can, you might lead a couple of user interviews yourself.
For your scope, coordinate implementations and create feature requests and the business cases to back them up.
Help with other operative tasks, e.g. editing categories or configuring campaigns.
Work with the team to monitor and analyse our main product KPIs.
What we offer you
An extremely varied job with a great learning curve in a successful, fast-growing international company
A company structure with flat hierarchies - we offer an environment where your ideas and initiatives are not only welcome, but also supported
A great package of benefits, including regular team events, lunch vouchers, flexible working hours, home office options, remote work and much more
Based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week), we offer a monthly gross salary of € 2,000 depending on your qualifications and experience. The salary is adjusted according to the weekly hours agreed.
You have a strong interest in product management, agile project management or eCommerce.
Any internship/work experience in a fast-paced environment is beneficial, but not mandatory
You are open to learn about both technical and business topics that affect our foodora App and Web
You have good analytical skills: you can interpret data and reports
You are fluent in English; German skills are an advantage
Studies have shown that women and other underrepresented groups are less likely to apply unless they meet 100% of the qualifications. If you are interested in this role and you have not all, but most of the skills we’re looking for, we encourage you to apply anyway!
