We are looking for a Principal, Global Performance & Succession (all genders) to join the Talent team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Your mission:
Lead initiatives to support employee development and collaborate cross-functionally to implement the company’s people strategy
Drive global alignment to improve the quality of our performance review and talent management processes and practices
Stear the global roll-out of our bi-annual performance cycles and provide support to Talent Development teams in each region
Support global talent review and succession planning processes for our C-level executive teams around the world.
Standardize our global performance and talent development processes by building tools, manuals, training and guidelines for employees, managers, leaders and HR teams across our global entities.
Work with People Technology and People Analytics teams to deploy technology and systems to drive operational excellence and differentiated user experience, e.g. Workday, Looker, Tableau, and being involved in exploring other talent management tools on the market
Continuously optimize and digitize talent processes, standards and systems to ensure quality and efficiency
Provide reporting and data analytics to drive process improvements and decision making to People & Culture Leadership team, Functional Leaders and Brand representatives.
Your heroic skills:
Demonstrated experience with Workday or similar HCM, including configuring end-to-end processes to ensure a seamless and positive user experience.
Experience in succession planning and talent reviews on a global level
Strong influence and stakeholder management, preferably at Executive level
Expertise in leadership development programs for Executive level
Empathy and high emotional intelligence
