About the opportunity

We are on the lookout for a Principal, Global Employee Engagement & D&I (all genders) to join the People and Culture team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

Short description of the team & position:

This role will be responsible for the successful implementation, communication, reporting, and strategy development of Peakon employee engagement surveys, ensuring alignment with key stakeholders, councils, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate will also drive data integration processes and develop comprehensive supportive information to advise managers.

Your mission:

  • You collaborate with global C-level executives, People Business Partners, and other stakeholders to align expectations and strategies for the Peakon survey and Global DE&I initiatives.

  • You organize briefings, workshops, and sessions for key stakeholders to ensure alignment on survey goals, timelines, and DE&I objectives.

  • You craft messaging for different employee groups, leaders, and managers, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.

  • You identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement based on survey feedback, CSRD reports, and DAB 24/26 strategies.

  • You lead the ERG Tool Procurement to ensure employee resource groups (ERGs) have the right tools to foster inclusion and engagement.

  • You create a comprehensive Peakon Manager Toolkit and training sessions to equip managers with the necessary tools, guidance, and best practices for utilizing survey insights.

  • You collaborate with IT and data teams to automate data integration processes for our global entities, ensuring seamless data flow into the Peakon platform.

  • You lead the global Educational Campaign - 'Did You Know', promoting awareness of key DE&I initiatives and engagement practices across the company.

  • You develop and refine the Broader DE&I Strategy, ensuring alignment with global goals and promoting diversity and inclusion across all regions.

  • You contribute to ERG Strategy Development to enhance the effectiveness of Employee Resource Groups globally.

  • You engage with the Works Council to ensure compliance and alignment on engagement and DE&I practices.

  • You respond to ad hoc training requests globally, particularly focused on DE&I and employee engagement, ensuring that all content aligns with strategic objectives.


What you need to be successful

Your heroic skills:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, employee engagement, or a related role.

  • Strong experience with Peakon or similar employee engagement platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven track record in project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in data interpretation and reporting.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with diverse teams.

  • Experience in developing training materials and facilitating training sessions.
