We are looking for a Specialist Analyst Intern (all genders) to join the Logistics Product Performance Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
This is a 6 months internship that is aimed to open to a full-time position after completion. If you're a creative problem solver who is hungry for a new adventure, an international workplace is waiting for you in the heart of Berlin!
Logistics Product Operations executes Delivery Hero's vision to always deliver an amazing experience by shaping global Logistics products into winning solutions, to serve our local entities (brands) and ecosystems, and to grow a sustainable business. We have 3 core users in our Logistics ecosystem who are at the heart of everything we do: Customers who place orders for delivery, Vendors who accept & prepare orders, and Riders who deliver our orders.
In the Customer Product Line, we build products that make it easy for local brands to deliver a delightful order experience with efficient operations so customers order on repeat. Data-driven experimentation is part of our Product DNA
Your mission:
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of support documentation, including FAQs and troubleshooting guides.
Provide excellent support to both internal teams and external customers, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support the roll-out of new products and features in your region which are aimed at improving our users’ experience, business performance and operational efficiency
Conduct analysis to optimize product performance, monitor and review the results of A/B tests to inform decision-making processes.
Provide management with regular performance reports, insights and presentations
Interact with and support our operations stakeholders
Your heroic skills:
You‘ve already gained your first experience in SQL
Highly passionate about solving business problem with data and statistical knowledge
You have an eye for details
Independent and rigorous working style
You are a team player and love to think outside the box
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have:
Understanding of big data tools (e.g Redshift, BigQuery) and ideally first experience working with those tools
You have good business understanding and know how to create business insights based on complex data
Ideally you have already gathered experience working with SQL tables and analysis during previous internship(s) for internet companies
