In order to make sure that we continue to provide our growing fleet of Riders, pickers and office employees with the best HR & operational support possible, we are now looking to further strengthen our People Support team with a part-time (50%) People Operations Student. Fun, right?! The successful applicant will become part of our People & Culture department. Together with your team, you will provide the best People support for our employees. Your Mission:
Handling employment data changes in the HR systems
Handling people-related queries on our internal ticketing system
Preparing work and employment certificates and handling other requests from the Swedish authorities
Assisting in work environment tasks like reporting accidents to The Swedish Work Environment Authority
Work together with the rest of the People Operations team to come up with suggestions on how we can improve and provide our employees with the best support

What you need to be successful
Minimum 1 year of education pending in Human resources, Business administration, or similar
Good technical and O365 or G-suite skills is a plus
Great communication skills in English.
Good communication skills Swedish is considered a plus
