Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to take full ownership of payroll administration for Delivery Hero, Delivery Hero Logistics, and Delivery Hero Dmart (full-time and part-time employees) and ensure full compliance with Czech legislation.

What you will do:

• End-to-end payroll processing (HPP, DPP, DPČ)

• Monthly payroll closing and reporting

• Employee registration/deregistration (ČSSZ, health insurance, Labor Office incl. foreigners)

• Administration of sick leave, parental benefits, garnishments, and insolvency cases

• Annual tax reconciliation, ELDP, and OZP reporting

• Communication with authorities and employees

• Cooperation with Accounting

• Payroll system management (Okbase)
   

What we expect:

• Proven payroll experience in the Czech Republic

• Strong knowledge of Czech labor, tax, and social security legislation

• High attention to detail and confidentiality

• Strong communication skills

• Fluency in Czech and English
   

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a multinational company environment

• Experience with payroll systems (Okbase is a plus)
