Partnerships Manager (Maternity Cover)

We’re looking for a Partnerships Manager (maternity cover) to join our Marketing team and take ownership of developing, managing, and growing B2B strategic partnerships.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Act as the main point of contact for our B2B key partners, building strong long-term relationships while managing and growing existing partnerships; own partnerships end-to-end, from commercial discussions and negotiations to contract management and invoicing coordination

• Identify and develop new partnership opportunities across relevant industries

• Plan and execute partnership initiatives, including on-platform visibility, promotional and loyalty campaigns, coupon programs, and payment-related activations

• Translate partner needs into compelling, user-facing initiatives within the efood ecosystem, ensuring strong alignment with efood’s strategic and commercial priorities

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Commercial, Product, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver partnership activities effectively and ensure strong internal alignment and communication

• Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, using insights to improve future initiatives

• Represent efood professionally in meetings with external partners and industry stakeholders

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, agencies or business development roles 

• Proven experience managing collaborations and leading commercial negotiations

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and integrated campaign environments

• Experience working cross-functionally with multiple internal teams

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and create clear reports

• Ability to identify opportunities and turn ideas into structured partnership plans

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

• Well-organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Interest in technology, digital platforms, consumer trends and Fintech

• Fluency in English
