Your mission
Increase vendor performance by making sure that vendor has all the possibilities to success in foodora platform
Cooperate with our vendors, if they have problems try and resolve them together with the help of the partner success and commercial teams.
Increase smooth end-to-end customer satisfaction and manage vendor lifecycle at foodora platform
Proactively communicate with our vendors regarding their performance
Make sure our vendor compliance is on targets
Manage new vendor portfolios and low order restaurants
We are looking for a true foodorian who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and dares to go further. What you need to be successful
Customer service or sales related experience
Some experience from using CRMs in the past
We highly value excel/sheets skills and the motivation to learn
You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both Finnish and English.
Ability to derive meaningful insights from data highly valued
Very good communication skills
