YOUR MISSION
As a Partner Service Agent, you’ll be the go-to person for our partners, answering their questions and solving challenges via phone and email. Your responsibilities include:
Managing tasks across multiple systems, from updating opening hours and assisting with live orders to providing technical support.
Answering questions about invoices and menus, as well as coordinating with other departments.

We’re looking for team players who can work 50% or 75% (with options to pick up extra shifts). foodora operates from 07:00 to 23:30 every day, so we need you to be ready to work during weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Your journey with us will start with a mandatory two-week introduction training, running from 11:00 to 18:00 at our office.
We believe that you have:
A high school diploma.
Strong computer skills (you’ll be navigating multiple systems).
Fluent communication skills in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a bonus!).
Experience in service roles, like customer support or the restaurant industry.
