About the opportunity

Are you passionate about driving impact through smart tools and seamless support experiences?
 We’re looking for an Operations Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that enhance the platforms and processes powering our Customer, Vendor, and Rider Support teams. In this role, you’ll manage cross-functional projects—from idea to execution—focused on improving the tools and systems that keep our operations running smoothly and our stakeholders supported every step of the way. Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project needs, objectives, and expectations.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining key milestones, workstreams, and scheduled activities.

  • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

  • Adhere to and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

  • Track project progress and provide regular updates and status reports to OEM and key stakeholders.

  • Monitor project performance and make real-time adjustments to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Apply industry best practices, methodologies, and standards across all phases of project execution.

  • Review vendor communications to confirm alignment with project goals and expectations.

  • Assess internal and external materials (e.g., manuals, documentation) for consistency and quality assurance.

  • Manage and prioritize internal implementation requests (via JIRA), escalating them appropriately to OEM.

  • Evaluate project results and propose enhancements to improve future project outcomes.

  • Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of all project deliverables.

  • Coordinate with Process Specialists on new features or processes, ensuring proper testing before release to production.

  • Research best practices from other DH entities and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and standardization.

 

 


What you need to be successful

  • A Bachelor's degree is required; a background in Economics or a related field is a strong plus.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations or a closely related department.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

  • Proven ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with Gantt charts is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
