Operations Manager, Commercial

 Central Operations was born in 2017 and is the backbone of operations for Foodpanda in APAC. We are around 1,800 employees internally and more than 4,000 outsourced employees supporting 11 different markets in their respective languages. WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• Reports to Central Operation Commercial Head, responsible in setting up and maintaining telesales capability through in house and BPO network

• Supports the Regional Commercial APAC team in setting up automated tracking and reporting for telesales, with the objective to sell marketing products to all the existing vendors on foodpanda.

• Data Analysis in order to review and analyze data and be able to extract meaningful insights.

• Achieve targets through strategic initiatives in coordination with different units.

• Monitor and improve performance to achieve operational excellence.

• Setting up, maintaining and improving Salesforce processes for Vendor Management.

• Set hiring standards, conducts interviews, manages agent performance and continuously improves conversion rates.

• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly performance reports and presents to relevant stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE.

• Bachelor and/or Master degree

• At least 4+ years of relevant experience

• English Language fluency required

• Proficiency in Excel is a must! (Salesforce is big advantage)

• Analytical and number-orientated. You are process-oriented and data-driven

• Thrives in high paced, fast-moving environment and is able to make quick, assertive decisions

• Not a 9-5 attitude

• Outstanding attention to detail, and strong organizational skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving ability with experience providing practical business insights from large, complex data sets
