About the opportunity

Process Improvement & Standardisation

  • Assist in identifying inefficiencies within processes and propose solutions to eliminate waste.

  • Support the design, documentation, and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve operational workflows.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with teams across various functions to ensure that process improvements align with business objectives.

  • Support the tracking of key metrics to assess the impact of improvement initiatives.

Continuous Improvement Support

  • Contribute to the development of Balanced Scorecard metrics to evaluate performance.

  • Help manage performance data and use insights to identify areas for further improvement.

Stakeholder Support

  • Engage with stakeholders to provide updates on the status of improvement initiatives.

  • Ensure the smooth integration of process changes by supporting stakeholders in adopting new processes and tools.


What you need to be successful

  • 2-4 years of experience in process improvement or operations, focusing on Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for driving efficiency.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

  • Experience in developing and enforcing policies and procedures to ensure operational integrity.

  • Proven ability to analyse large datasets using data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or similar.

  • Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to report on key performance metrics and identify trends.

  • Ability to interpret complex data sets to drive insights and inform decision-making processes.
