Real-Time Operations (RTO): The Core of Pandora’s Operations
The Real-Time Operations team is the driving force behind our 17 markets (across our 3 brands), operating 24/7 to ensure seamless deliveries and proactive management. Whether it’s tech issues, severe weather, or unexpected disruptions, this team detects, reports, and mitigates events in real-time—saving millions in potential losses and ensuring thousands of customers receive their meals on time.
But the role doesn’t stop at damage control. The Real-Time Operations Team is a powerhouse of insights, identifying trends and initiating strategies to elevate operations across markets. If it happens, they know about it—and they act decisively.

Position Overview:
Are you ready to be part of a team that drives operations across 17 markets and ensures everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for sharp, detail-oriented individuals to join our Real-Time Operations team—a fast-paced environment where precision, focus, and quick decision-making are key.
As a Real-Time Operator, you will play a vital role in monitoring processes, performing critical manual tasks, and ensuring that disruptions are identified and addressed in real-time. This is more than just a job—it’s your chance to be the backbone of operations that impact thousands of customers every day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual tasks and operations in the Real-Time Operations Team with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor systems and processes, ensuring tasks are completed without errors.
- Follow step-by-step instructions and procedures precisely to ensure operational success.
- Identify and raise any issues or concerns promptly, communicating them to the appropriate team members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently.
- Understand and follow explanations of processes to apply them accurately.
- Take on additional tasks as required, depending on workload and team needs.
- Learn and adapt to new operational tools or system updates as required.
- Maintain accuracy and concentration during time-sensitive or high-volume periods.
- Work flexible shifts to ensure seamless 24/7 coverage.
- B2 level of English (written and spoken) required, with the ability to understand and communicate processes effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of concentration.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs (G-docs).
- Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.
- Willingness to raise concerns or ask questions when necessary.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a control center or similar environment is a plus but not required.
