What’s On Your Plate?

• Oversee online payment processing operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and security.

• Monitor transactions and reconcile payment data from various online platforms and payment gateways.

• Manage relationships with Payment Service Providers (PSPs)

• Analyze payment trends and identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

• Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to online payments to mitigate fraud and compliance risks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot payment issues and optimize the checkout experience for customers.

• Generate reports and provide insights on payment performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

• Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to online payments.

• Conduct periodic audits and internal reviews to ensure compliance with financial regulations and data security standards.

• Provide training and support to internal stakeholders on online payment processes and tools.

What Did We Order?

• Finance background with 3-5 years of experience. 

• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis. 

• Strong understanding of online payment systems and financial regulations. 

• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations. Familiarity with financial products, such as payments

• Must manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
