Working closely with both local and regional teams, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our operations. Your Mission
Identify areas of operational improvement for our dark stores, solve and own this process to the end
Operations project lead for all new and existing operational improvement projects
Nordic POC on product topics, overseeing and creating tickets on bugs
Creating training materials for our staff in our Sana training portal
Be a role model and a natural enforcer of foodora values and culture
We are looking for a true foodorian who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and dares to go further. To thrive in this role we believe that you have strong problem- solving abilities and enjoy taking on new challenges. If you also have a hands- on approach you will come far in this role! Since you will be in contact with many different internal and external stakeholders, your communication skills will be crucial to achieve results.

What you need to be successful
High executional performance
Both operational and technical background is an advantage, hands on mentality is a must
Experience in project lead
Meticulous with an eye for details
Good English skills in speech and writing, as well as fluent in Swedish, both in speech and writing
Note: This position requires flexibility and frequent traveling in Sweden and Norway
