Your mission
- Find the best way to optimize and tweak store layout with the goal of increasing capacity while maintaining operational efficiency
- Own all major scale up projects from start to finnish
- Plan your capex in a way that gives you most “bang for the buck”
- Play a pivotal role in reducing overhead store cost, through instore improvements and challenge supplier T&C’s on a nordic level
- Make sure all our facilities are up to standard on all compliance related topics
- Oversee overhead store cost not related to operations, and act on deviations
- Oversee lease contracts and flag important dates
- Ensure communications across departments and stakeholders
We are looking for a true foodorian who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and dares to go further. To thrive in this role we believe that you are highly structured with the capability to handle several tasks simultaneously in a fast paced environment. If you have strong problem solving skills and a can do-attitude you will come far in this role! Since you will be in charge of cost optimization, your analytical skills will also come well in hand.
Note: This position will include extensive traveling
- Previous experience within project management
- Technical experience relevant to equipment and installations in facilities is an advantage
- Have a good understanding of store operations and logistics
- Have the structure to handle several tasks simultaneously
- You communicate fluently verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English
- Flexible to travel
